After the machine arrive the buyer’s factory, the seller must send the engineer to the buyer’s factory to install and test the machine, and offer training for the buyer’s engineer, the period is about 30 days. If the machine has problem in the guarantee period or out of guarantee period, the seller should arrange the engineer to repair when urgent calls from the buyer as soon as possible.
